Get in Shape

Everyone has unique personality traits and workstyles. It’s important to understand that we all approach our work with a style and perspective that varies from our colleagues. Using a five-second shapes identifier test, participants will quickly identify their dominant personality traits, learn their strengths, and how to use that knowledge for better communication, team interaction, and motivation. Participants will then engage in role-playing exercises related to everyday business and proposal development processes. The exercises will give participants the opportunity to use their “shape” personality styles and learn to work with others in group situations.

Top Takeaway
This fun and interactive workshop will provide attendees with better understanding of their personalities and work styles. Understanding and appreciating the strengths within those differences allows us to become more successful. We can start to work with the differences rather than against them.

Relevancy
How we interact with others is essential to effective communication, successful proposals, customer relationships, and teamwork. This collaborative workshop will enlighten and educate participants on how to best use their personality types to work with and understand others.

Presentation Style/Approach
Based on the popular “Personality ShapesTM Test, participants will take a quick one-question quiz to identify their particular personality style. We will all work through typical proposal or customer scenarios using the personality shapes characteristics and interaction techniques.
