Reusable Proposal Content Part 2 - Organizing Your Collection

Neil Cobb, APMP Fellow and co-author of “Writing Business Bids and Proposals for Dummies,” presents Part 2 of 3 of a continuing dialogue on creating and managing reusable proposal content. In Part 2, Neil refreshes us on how to create smart, reusable proposal content, guiding a discussion about organizing your collection - creating a content reuse process, choosing your organizing principles and building a taxonomy.
