About the Speaker

Content reuse was a main focus from Neil's 25-year career as proposal manager, content director, and proposal executive at SBC Communications and AT&T. APMP Fellow and former commercial director, Neil is the co-author of Writing Business Bids and Proposals for Dummies. He spent over 25 years as a proposal manager, content director, and ultimately, executive director of the AT&T Knowledge and Proposal Management Center. He recently concluded a three-year engagement as continuing lecturer at the University of North Texas, where he also received his master’s degree in technical communication and now serves on the department’s advisory board. Neil holds six U.S. patents for his content authoring and repurposing methods and systems. He lives in Plano, TX with his wife Rebecca.
