Creating and Managing Reusable Proposal Content - Part 1

Neil Cobb, APMP Fellow and co-author of “Writing Business Bids and Proposals for Dummies,” will begin what he hopes will be a continuing dialogue on creating and managing reusable proposal content. In this introductory talk, Neil will address the problems with traditional boilerplate, the need for smart, reusable proposal content, and offer several techniques for planning, writing, adapting, applying, and maintaining repositories of meaning-rich content that sounds custom but isn’t. Content reuse was a main focus from Neil's 25-year career as proposal manager, content director, and proposal executive at SBC Communications and AT&T.
